Crafty ladies used their connections with gastronomic Caucasus countries for the ingredient deliveries and recipes. They are baking pita, lavash, amazing donuts right before your eyes. We just love the kutab, Azerbaijani snack with greens or meat in the thin dough, chicken kebabs in pita or lavash and ammm-mazing Georgian donuts with custard cream to go with a very decent coffee.
