They also deliver and serve fish, veggies, lamb, chicken, burgers, and seasonal novelties made using sous vide; slow-cooked, delivered in a vacuum pack, so you just brown them on the grill or a pan at home to get yourself the full fresh-juicy-crunchy restaurant experience. Nevertheless, the steaks are telling the main story! The biggest array in LV: prime meat imported from the USA, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay, Latvia, New Zealand, Japan. Furthermore, the experienced staff went throughout least ten suppliers from each country to pick up the best, they even are dry-ageing meat on their own. All paired with niche Italian wines you can't get anywhere else in town. Professional staff will advise what to start with and chef Petr Danilov will cook it to perfection. Can't recommend more.
