Executive chef Aleksandrs Girins and his sous chef Solvita Eberharde assembled their menu from the upscale seasonal European cuisine bestsellers: as tuna and rib-eye steaks, duck breast and corn fed chicken made sous-vide supplemented by seasonal eco-local greens, berries and veggies. We loved the inventive mango-tiger shrimp and fried goat cheese-berry salads. Rare combination of attractive pricing and large generous portions. Creative all-world wine-list. Praiseworthy!
