Buls Bakery

Prominent chef–baker Peteris Buls, worked previously at legendary Vincents and Mulberry establishments, finally opened his own tiny unpretentious bake shop just 20 min walk from Old Riga at Griziņkalns neighbourhood. Expect only highest quality pastries, based on French cuisine de beurre traditions– meaning using much highest quality butter. Each morning Peteris and his wife are baking baguettes, sourdough loafs, croissants, focaccia and many more to serve you accompanied by niche local roasted coffee.
