Jūlija Zakirova is a contemporary singer and composer from Latvia, who has just released her first solo album "Golden Hour". The album includes 10 compositions that envelop the listener in funk, jazz, fusion and cinematic styles, performing the pieces together with the most professional Latvian jazz musicians.
The artist has performed at several jazz festivals in Europe: Pori Jazz, Kaunas Jazz, Rīgas Ritmi, Jazz Kaar, Saulkrasti Jazz and others. One of the singer's most striking achievements in music is winning the Grand Prix at the "Sony Jazz Stage" competition.
