Herve Samb is an outstanding Senegalese guitarist, composer, arranger, producer, and simply a very charismatic personality. Regularly collaborating with many famous artists, such as Marcus Miller, Pat Metheny, Pharoah Sanders, Oumou Sangaré, Salif Keita or the duo Amadou & Mariam, he has become a musician recognized worldwide in both jazz and global music circles.

As a producer, Herve has worked with Omar Pene, Somi, Liza Simone and other artists. He was also nominated for a Grammy Award for his collaboration with Somi on the album Holy Room, and as a solo artist, Samba has released four successful albums. Meanwhile, he was also nominated for a New York theatre AUDELCO Award in the Outstanding Musical Director category for his participation in the creation of the musical Dreaming Zenzilé.
