This season once again, meet the LNSO at the Daile Chamber Music House! As part of the chamber music series, LNSO musicians present to Riga audiences works by Sergei Prokofiev and Guillaume Connesson that are undeservedly seldom performed. The programme also includes musical landscapes by other composers: Vasks’ White Scenery, Oscher’s Scenes from the South, and excerpts from Gilles Silvestrini’s cycle Six Picturesque Studies. Here, diverse musical worlds and languages will meet and – as always in chamber music – so will friends and kindred spirits.
