The EU House offers venues for events with a European flavour open to the general public. The Knowledge, Discussion and Art Room at the ground floor of the EU House is a meeting place and info point that hosts debates, forums, lectures and training on European issues, as well as cultural activities such as exhibitions and films. The mission of the EU House is helping to enhance knowledge and understanding of European affairs and encouraging active citizen participation in the European policy debate.
The European Union House in Riga is run jointly by European Commission Representation and European Parliament Information Office in Latvia.
