Gimlet Nordic Cocktail Bar
Edgars, Arturs and Ilmars are the three 'partners-musketeers' with serious international mixology experience. Their mission is to acquaint you with the values and tastes of the region, through the sophistication of the cocktail culture. The guys use exclusively fresh seasonal ingredients from the Baltic Sea region. The bar replaces lemon and passion fruit (the classic sour base of cocktails) with home-made extracts of cydonia, rhubarb or gooseberry, inviting them into a dizzy dance with seasonal: lilac, seaweed, chamomile, home-fermented kombucha etc. We defined the style of the interior as a “Nordic boudoir”.
