World of Hats Museum
Experience a trip around
the world in five halls, filled
with varieties of traditional
headdresses. It took twelve
years of traveling to gather these
hats. Most of the exhibits are
hand-made, many are literally
taken off the head of locals.
Helmets not only for soldiers,
but also for tough Afghani brides,
crowns of African shamans and
kings, colourful headwear of kids
from India, China and Pakistan
and hundred more ethnic hats
and stories of different cultures
from all around the world. Every
hat, every shawl, every bonnet
or head band in the museum has
got its story.
