A team of Indian businessmen, living in Riga for more
than ten years, were waiting for a real Indian treat to
appear in town. Giving up the wait, the gentlemen invited
four selected cooks from Northern India, to bring the true
Panjabi cuisine to Riga! All meals are made slowly (mostly
24h!), in a traditional way in the clay oven and tandoor,
using authentic recipes of Patiala, Dheli, Bengal, Goa,
Kerala and Panjab regions and also some Indo-Chinese fusion
dishes. All tikkas, sauces, meat and vegetables are
gentle and aromatic, without being too spicy. A perfect
concept, which introduces contemporary Indian cuisine,
rooted in century-old traditions, prepared using local
produce, paired with Old and New World wines and
Indian specialty brews, to be enjoyed in delightfully
