A team of Indian businessmen, living in Riga for more than ten years, were waiting for a real Indian treat to appear in town. Giving up the wait, the gentlemen invited four selected cooks from Northern India, to bring the true Panjabi cuisine to Riga! All meals are made slowly (mostly 24h!), in a traditional way in the clay oven and tandoor, using authentic recipes of Patiala, Dheli, Bengal, Goa, Kerala and Panjab regions and also some Indo-Chinese fusion dishes.
