Rocket Bean Roastery is a specialty coffee supplier for the trendiest cafeterias in Riga, plus chef Artūrs Taškāns, worked in numerous Michelin restaurants (also Rene Redzepi’s NOMA)—this combination results in an airy coffee lab with seasonal deli menu and brunches every day. As for the nine kinds of represented coffee—they are roasted in the micro-roastery right at the spot and then prepared in four different ways, with jeweller’s precision, sold also for takeaway. Serves selected craft beer brews and even a tea from coffee cherry. Total mass hipsteria!
