Last Friday, Jūrmala welcomed the return of a legendary name as “Jūras Pērle” officially opened its doors in Bulduri.
Chef Ņikita Pribiļskis brought a modern Baltic take to the table, combining local ingredients with fine-dining flair and plenty of personality.
The opening night brought together a stylish crowd, including Jūrmala mayor Jānis Lediņš, artist Vladislavs Lakše, entrepreneurs Leonīds Esterkins, Jānis Zuzans and Valters Ģērmanis, alongside singer Laima Vaikule.
Once one of Jūrmala’s most iconic restaurant names, “Jūras Pērle” is now back a new vision and a modern take on its legacy.
Baltic flavours, seaside energy, seasonal events and a touch of old-school glamour, all reimagined for today.
It’s a new chapter for a name that has long been part of Jūrmala’s story bringing the “Jūras Pērle” legacy back to the coast, with a fresh attitude and character.
