"Instrumenti", one of the most ambitious Latvian bands, announces the concert "Speak Riga", which will take place on 26 October at Arena Riga.
"Instrumenti", who are currently working on new songs, will delight listeners with a new album in the second half of this year and, to celebrate this fact, they are organising an ambitious concert show at "Arena Riga" at the end of October. Instrumenti first played to a full arena at the end of 2011 as part of their debut album "TRU", after which they have played their biggest shows at Mežaparks Big Stage and Daugavas Stadion.
The concert at Arena Riga promises to be an audiovisual and emotional experience. "Instrumenti, the band formed by Jānis Šipkēvics and Reinis Sējāns, working with an outstanding creative and technical team, have always stood out for their ability to create unforgettable concerts where the vibrant elements of the show combine harmoniously with the sometimes intimate and fragile atmosphere to create a unique and memorable experience for everyone present.
Reinis Sējāns says: "Songs often come to us with a vision of how they sound and look on a huge stage in front of many thousands, and Arena Riga appears in these visions very often, because this place is an extremely important stop in the life of Instruments. It was in a packed Arena Riga about ten years ago that we had an unforgettable concert, and we were convinced that one day we must return there. And that day is coming.
Along with the concert news, Instrumenti is also releasing a new song "Man patīk" and a video version of the lyrics by graphic artist Jānis Spēlmanis (SHADE). "Man patīk" is the third single from the upcoming album "Runā Rīga".
"In my life, Instrumenti is a workshop of miracles. That's why I'm so happy to have such a welcome reunion with this music, this feeling and this energy. And the arena suits the songs we have created for the new album," says Jānis Šipkēvics.
