This wine bar is the magnum opus of Latvian Sommelier Association president Jānis Kaļķis. He is basing Moltto's wine selection on organic, bio-dynamic, natural and sustainable winery trends. More then 200 winery products, including micro and niche farms. Use the convenience of their wine-dispenser to sample grand-vins by glass. Though terse grill a la carte is here mainly to enhance the wine taste, cuisine is pleasantly satisfactory and seasonal.
