Breaking of concepts! The words ‘vegetarian’, ‘vegan’ and ‘raw food’ always sounded a bit unappealing to me. When people told me ‘greens and veggies are the real food’, I replied them ‘no way’! But, you know what? When combined and done properly—it is satisfactory, overwhelming and incredibly yummy, even for robust meat eaters such as myself! The Fat Pumpkin, tiny restaurant is a rare catch, revealing green gourmet in Riga.
