Strikingly enthusiastic, personal and exceptional dining project, by two experienced local restaurateurs: Andy Spunde and chef-grill pro, Ivo Lamberts (also worked for the internationally acclaimed establishments). Their concept is based on the true friendship and the sous-vide grill from Latvian and Baltic forest ecological game: elk, rabbit, hare, pheasant, forest duck a.o., also officially the only place in the Baltics, serving bear steaks. Mostly all other ingredients are hand-grown at the chef's farm. Expert wine-list is assembled by an award-winning sommelier. Their 'hunter's gastronomy' cocktails are custom made by an international competition nominee-bartender. Co-owners are passionate family men, so they even have a children's room and young chef master-classes here. Live-music through weekend evenings.
