Fred Martins
Outstanding among the artists of his generation, singer and composer Fred Martins, offers a diverse repertoire embedded in the musical tradition of those emblematic song-artisans, so characteristic of the Brazilian music. In a contemporary style, his compositions portrays a conversation with samba, bossa nova and northeast modal, also mixing elements of blues and other styles. Fred Martins is also recording his first solo album to be released in Europe, with his more representative songs, and counts with the participation of musicians from Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Cape Verde, Angola and Argentina.

Marianna Leporace
Highly influent Brazilian singer, with eleven released albums, Marianna has an assorted and intense career as a soloist and in vocal groups such as the sextet OuroBa and the trio Folia de 3. She has also a long-lasting partnership with the pianist Sheila Zagury, with whom she performs at the Festival. The repertory is formed by a special selection of Brazilian songs with classic and also new songs that she has recorded on her several albums.
